Food for mind and body

Right mental strength and attitude for team projects

Smart decisions are required daily

Hands off me, I am going for my second bowl.
Food serves to the children at the centre is the main concern not only to the parents but also to the teachers. It will have negative effect on the children if they start neglecting their food on the long term basis. It is utmost important that food not only must be tasty but also suite the individual taste as well.  In order for the children to face the daily physical and mental challenges, they must eat well. Our raw food are purchased almost daily from the supermarket or wet market. No pork is serve, while chickens are purchase from the hypermarkets and we prefer to purchase raw food such as chicken, vegetables and fish over processed food like sausage, fish balls and canned food. Fried food are reduced to the minimum and we provide three dishes of meat, vegetables and soup of the the day. For the past few months, our students have gained good appetite and most often we have no leftover.
