Teachers protect, care and love the children.

Happy Eu Hui Qin need not worry of spare dress.
Children design their Mothers Day present .
Soon Chee Hao's birthday party
A good way to gain attention and respect from the children is to return respect and attention to them. This can easily be done by praising their good work and actions whenever there is an opportunity. However the teachers have to be consistently alert in helping out the children's daily challenges such as homework from schools, spellings and even class test. Imaging how traumatising the children will be in school to realize that their homework or craft work not completed. Most often the children or even the parents will put the blame onto the tuition teachers for not checking their work and lose the confidence on the teachers and the centre as a whole. Forward looking teachers will always overcome obstacles and continue to provide the care and love for the long term benefits of the children.

Mountains of encouragement with care and love

Excellence with care and love.
All parents aimed for their children's academic excellence putting up much sacrifices sending their children to and fro to various tuition centres and and allocating big budgets and time for their children. Most often parents judge the centres by the school exams their children obtained. However it may be good for the children to change to another environment if they are not performing well in school. Though in our another 'senior' centre, many students have entered the universities or tertiary institutions, we are proud of the achievements but more happy for them towards realizing their dreams and be independent and responsible citizens. In our previous years, we have tried guiding mentally retarded children and very slow students out of concerned for the parents and most often we do not collect any fees. We also give 20% to 30% to students of single parents or terminal ill parents. What we aim to see is, the students help their families escape from the circle of hardship through proper education, while we provide the right environment. Very young children must not be burdened with the worries of adults instead be provided with proper care and love in order to nurture them positively.Hence academic performance alone is not enough but must be spiced with games, activities, music and songs.

Food for mind and body

Right mental strength and attitude for team projects

Smart decisions are required daily

Hands off me, I am going for my second bowl.
Food serves to the children at the centre is the main concern not only to the parents but also to the teachers. It will have negative effect on the children if they start neglecting their food on the long term basis. It is utmost important that food not only must be tasty but also suite the individual taste as well.  In order for the children to face the daily physical and mental challenges, they must eat well. Our raw food are purchased almost daily from the supermarket or wet market. No pork is serve, while chickens are purchase from the hypermarkets and we prefer to purchase raw food such as chicken, vegetables and fish over processed food like sausage, fish balls and canned food. Fried food are reduced to the minimum and we provide three dishes of meat, vegetables and soup of the the day. For the past few months, our students have gained good appetite and most often we have no leftover.

A Learning House, a fun filled resource centre

Learning very fast to play ping pong.

You can't pull me into the water.
Though this is a day care centre, which may not replace the children's actual home, we strive to be the second home to them. While their stay with us may be short we will expose as much learning activities as possible and help them advance their knowledge far beyond the perimeter of our boundary. We like to call this house a Learning House, a memorable learning place for the children..

Develop the children's psychology security

Ever ready to school

Future leaders
Through the close relationships between the children and our teachers, the children will develop a close bondage and security. This psychological security built in the children from young will enable the children to achieve good results in later years. The memorable childhood will help them overcome any barrier they may face in the future.

A bridge between teachers and students

Students expressing to the fullest

Our lessons are aimed at learning through activities. The close relationship between the teachers and students will enable the teachers to pass the vast knowledge and experiences onto the students.

Cultivating the children's reading habits

Soon Chee Hao playing to the fullest

Adriana's birthday party
The habits to read can be cultivated from young even as early as the day the child is born. However our emphasis is the habits, more than the reading process. If the children start to read at an early age, parents will have lesser worries when their children are at school later.
